Meet Dr. Moise
Dr. Francelot Moise is a caring, well qualified primary care physician with internal medicine training in both Haiti and USA. Dr. Moise has a CAQ (Certified and added qualifications) in Geriatric Medicine as well as Palliative care, he is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at Ross University School of Medicine and American University of The Caribbean School of Medicine and has extensive experience in chronic conditions such Diabetes and Hypertension management. Recently awarded with a 5 star Diabetes Management Physician in south Florida by well known Manage Care Insurances such as CarePlus. With years of experience practicing medicine, he is renowned for his skill in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of conditions and disorders. Doctor Moise is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient's situation and adapts his consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns. We can assure you he will make you feel comfortable, understood and in good hands.
